Hymm to hope

When your feeling blue
and you feel like there
isn't anyone out there
that will actually care
Don't allow the darkness to take
over, but let the inner
light within you to shine through
And I promise you in time
that things
will get a whole lot better
More than you could have
ever
imagined they could be
That's why you have
to hang in there
And do not fear what lies
ahead
of you or even behind you
Because the good Lord
is with you
every step of the way
Because he has never forgotten
you
and he will never abandon you
But the road ahead is very long and
there will be curves and distractions
but there will also be stepping stones
filled with an abundance of blessings
That will honestly make your
journey
a whole lot better for you
And that's when you will realize after
everything that you have been through
that there is a purpose
and a meaning for you to still be here
