We have the confidence,
And having such a hope;
Because of diligence,
I am able to cope.
We can speak so bravely,
Because the new promise;
And not thinking gravely,
Knowing of the premise.
We are not like Moses,
Covering with a veil;
I speak not of malice,
Give you in great detail.
God did not desire,
See glory fade away;
Or witness the fire,
Devour its prey.
Your mind became closed,
When Scripture has been read;
What the prophets proposed,
You shut your ears and dread.
But it is not removed,
Only Christ can do it;
But it has to be proved,
Your thoughts that you merit.
Your heart and mind are rocks,
For some facts are still sealed;
And tired of the talks,
Wanting them be revealed.
When read even today,
A veil covers your mind;
Not trusting to obey,
For being humbly kind.
So come out of your shell,
That you can be immersed;
And take away the veil,
So you can be well versed.
You can transform your life,
Soften your mind and heart;
And cope better with strife,
Giving you a new start.
