Getting old is really on a whole trying

Other than that old age has body out of sorts

One thing I can still do is hear,

But at this age it is selective hearing I fear
Forgot to put the garbage out--time for another beer.
One thing good about being old is being retired
But it is not fun having all body parts rewired
It should have been the other way around
You know, Be retired when young enough to enjoy it
And work when you are too old to do anything fun
