Keep in mind willingly to be,
Under authority who see;
The process of ruling each day,
As God looks on us to obey.
We should be ready to assist,
When governing problems persist;
Do not protest and just condemn,
Try as well to go and help them.
Speak evil of or to no man,
Rather solve by setting a plan;
Be gentle showing you are meek,
In the solution that you seek.
We were all stupid at one time,
In performance of sinful crime;
Disobedient and misled,
On the bureaucrats that we dread.
We were slaves to lust and pleasure,
Government gave us such treasure;
And dependent if we comply,
Benefits if we not deny.
We were mean and also jealous,
Hated others and envious;
Congress passed new immoral laws,
That were filled up with many flaws.
God made His kindness and His love,
For humanity from above;
He saved us but not what we did,
Rather for the sin that we rid.
Because of His mercy and grace,
He has reserved for us a place;
As each island passes from earth,
We shall be seeing a new berth.
For we are islands in the sea,
That Christ has sent us a decree;
To bridge the gap if we confess,
Eternal life if we confess.
