MOONBOW
The rains have all but ended,
A rainbow then appears.
The setting suns last rays of light,
Illuminate the sky. ..
And move away, gently into night.
The moon begins its journey,
Low across the land. ..
then too it lights the evening air,
Colored by the glow....
Shades of greens, and of blue's,
And the slightest whites.
The moon bows colors are not as bright,
But still they can be seen.
Slowly, slowly, fade away. ...
And drift back to the moon.
A rainbow then appears.
The setting suns last rays of light,
Illuminate the sky. ..
And move away, gently into night.
The moon begins its journey,
Low across the land. ..
then too it lights the evening air,
Colored by the glow....
Shades of greens, and of blue's,
And the slightest whites.
The moon bows colors are not as bright,
But still they can be seen.
Slowly, slowly, fade away. ...
And drift back to the moon.
