Message of Easter is summed up in this
God is patient and desires no one to perish
Final choice God leaves up to you to decide
Either heaven or hell forever you will reside
Listen close for His word of truth to impart
His Spirit may be gently nudging your heart
Make certain of your eternal destination today
Another opportunity may not come your way
Same Jesus born of the Virgin Mary
Gave His life as a ransom for many
What crime sentenced Him to die
Was there another plan we ask why
He fulfilled His Father’s divine plan
Died once to pay for all sins of man
Sinless Lamb our redeeming Savior
Rose from the grave He lives forever
John 3:16 tells us that whoever believes
His gift of eternal life he then receives
Whoever means all without exception
But it also indicates a personal decision
Romans 10:9 says believing is to confess
With our mouth Jesus as Lord we profess
Believe in heart God raised Jesus from dead
Then we will be saved so do not be misled
Christians call Easter Resurrection Sunday
Celebrating Jesus rose again on the third day
False religions deny Jesus’ bodily resurrection
Central to true Christianity and solid foundation
My friend, do you know Jesus as personal Savior
If not, by faith accept the gift of salvation He offers
Don’t be fooled that baptism or anything else saves
Only by the blood of Jesus all our sins He forgave

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
Romans 10:9-10 (ESV)
9 Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.
