Tranquil
Let be the calming mind,
to listen to the breeze,
stop the tightening muscles,
just to be relaxed,
release the hand,
that grips so tight,
blood vessels ready to just burst,
take the breaths, Deep , full and slow,
relax the mind,
the body follows,
sit...be still. ..be free.
