When that pain catches you up By aldo kraas, www.PoetryPoem.com/poet11586 Unlock all Features - Upgrade to Poetry Prime
At first it feels like nothing
You think
Everything's gonna be alright
You convince yourself of that
And move on with your life
But one day you hear that song
You see that car
You dream about that night
And it all comes back fresh
Almost like you relive those moments
Unique moments
You try to keep things straight
Get yourself a healthy reality
Pretend like you don't want that difficulty
But deep in you
Something craves to be a fool
To go wild and follow the flow
Like a butterfly you want to fly
Fly back but your thin wings are bad
Like Bolt Usain, you want to run
Run back
But you know it's insane
Looking for time that make you look mundane
But there's too much pain
Matter of fact
That's the exact moment When that pain catches you up.
