The dough boys of workd war one
american soldjers, were rushed off to the war, in france, with training, of little to none

In france, the dough boys, a nickname, for the american, servicemen
who fought bravely, side by side, with the french, in world war one, way, back then

The war, was over, fast and furious
With hesvy losses on both sides
when the service men, returned to americato there home towns, there was no support for them, in any way, to helpthem adjust , no help or support,  no one for them to confide

The brave veterans, if world war one
the dough boys, after the workd war one, they returned to america, all alone, with the help, and support of the americam oeople, being sadly, little to none

After world war two ended, in exhausting victory
the veterans of world war one, made sure, that americans, took care of veterans, who fought in world war two, to sacrifice there life, to keep america great and free
