Take care of yourself
take care of yourself
Everyday, strive to move and exercise
Do it now, be wise
think about your every vice
If you smoke, before you relight another cigar, or cigarette, just think about it twice
If your an angry bird
Stifle, and quiet your angry, and hurtful words
if you choose daily alcoholic drinks
be careful, before you over drink, and lose everything, and your ship to the bottom sinks
If you develop, an eatting disorder
Get help and support, get your life in order
If drugs prescription, and illegal, substances you choose to abuse
the writing is on the wall, and you are going to fall, falter, and lose.
Take care of yourself
Know that your health is your very wealth
We may not get another chance, to change the BAD-habits, that we now own
get the help and support that you need, dont think that you can do it all alone
On the internet, this day and age
Their are positive and encouraging help sites and even positive and encouraging radio stations to help you to make, a come back and turn the page
Take care of yourself,take care of your health
turn the page of negativity, make your, health your priority, so your life, living, and love can and will be a happy story, let your health be your wealth
