Keep HOPE Afloat
steady as she goes, stand fast in your BOAT
Take her slow and EASY
not fast and furious, otherwise she may tip and capsize, and you will feel QUEASY
Take things in STRIDE
dont rock your boat, and RIDE
When the going gets ROUGH
determination, and a steady hand makes YE TOUGH
The seas of your life, living, and love, can, rage, swirl, and BLOW
hold steady onto the wheel, dont sink the ship and keel, steady as she GOES
The waters can be clear as ICE
but in, a heartbeat, turn from, treacherous, and violent,from NICE
In the VAST, barron ocean of --LIFE
its a lonely place, when alone you face your troubles, turmoil and--STRIFE
Its hurtful when, life cuts you--as a KNIFE, sharp and --DEEP
just hold on steady to your boat, continue to do your BEST, to FLOAT, keep your HOPE, as you will better -COPE--when in your life, living and LOVE, FAITH, you--Hold steady as she goes, and --KEEP
