' Every Problem Has A Resolution '
Pent up strife,
Will ruin your life,
It will act like a noose round your neck,
It really can and will cut like a knife,
It's a cycle you must try to break.
Take depression,
It leads to regression,
Are you half empty or are you half full?
Positive thinking will bring progression,
In life use this is a rule.
When someone dies,
They hear our cries,
Our thoughts can be so unforgiving,
Rid yourself of those mournful sighs,
In your memories they are still living.
Suffering stress,
Your life feels a mess,
Only you can bring on a cessation,
Believe in yourself much more not less,
Soon you'll be filled with elation.
When life takes a dive,
To help you to thrive,
Don't look for excuses face facts,
A plan of action is what you must contrive,
Fortune favours the brave one who acts.
When feeling pensive,
Don't be defensive,
Grab that bull by the horns,
Then is the time to take the offensive,
Be rid of that crown of thorns.
Regardless of type,
Ignore all the hype,
The answer lies in your constitution,
Action it now the time is ripe,
