Im like-- the wind on the--roam ---and--free
I have no permanent space, of my own,-- for ---me
I roam place to place, staying in touch with all of --my ---family
so am soon gonna depart again on Saturday morn, to vegas, and be with my daughter there and stay --and ---see
So in another fifteen to twenty days to san diego again i --shall ---return
as the wind blows and the seasons change --and ---turn
So im continuing my mission and my quest, to get into the best shape that i can --be ---in
and im set in stone for my health and mobility and well being --to ---win
A good doctors report, i had on the 15th of this month, and was happy --to ---recieve
my doctor was shocked i know at how much weight from me --was ---relieved
So thats good, as my labs are-- very ---well
and i read the--results today from my blood work,-- and a note the doctor wrote --he was glad to say --im no longer diabetic, --and that im sure he was happy that news --for-me --to---tell
So thats a good hustle, and--im--- glad
just no weight loss for past three months really, and with that im a --little ---sad
But i know its more important, that im maintaining and holding --firm--and--a--steady
to drop another pound i know it will come soon when im a good --And ---ready
So im movin on, and continuing, my mission and --my ---quest
to continue this weight-- loss--- test
Ii am not just losing --the ---weight
i am forever changing my life, living, and-- love ---fate
One day, when my final goal-- is ---achieved
i will be able to reach out to help others with this problem and dilemma, and in me they will trust, confide and achieve --and ---believe
For i know this is my calling, and i will go to help those who are in dire straights --and ---need
i will take their hand, look them in the eyes and heart, and to success, them i --shall ---lead
