New year, Resolutions
New Year, Resolutions, for--2017--will soon, begin, for many, all over the World, with a New Year, with the morning--SUN
Many, vow to change, with new, and healthy, habits, as their new years RESOLUTION
To get rid, of the old, and unhealthy , and bad habits, as smoking, drinking, over eatting, and vow, for a better new year, with more, healthy choices, now with a new year, BEGUN
Many folk set goals too great and steep, and HIGH
Then dont stick with them, and fail, fall, slip and SIGH
Some do not, even take the time, or stress, to set any new years goals, at ALL
They just give up, on the stress, of feeling, disappointed, with failure, when they slip and FALL
So the KEY to SUCCESS, i know, for SURE
Is to set, very small, minute by minute, hour by hour, and day, by day, GOALS, that for sure, you can handle, accomplish, and ENDURE
Before you can, CLIMB, your MOUNTAIN
First, you gotta get up, on your feet, and with confidence, believe, that you really, really, CAN
A Journey of one thousand, steps or MORE
Starts FIRST, by taking a BIG, POSITIVE, BREATH, and STANDING, up STRAIGHT, PROUD, and CONFIDENT, for SURE
For, it matters, not, just right now, exactly, where you now STAND
What, matters the MOST, is SHORT, REALISTIC, ATTAINABLE, DOABLE, GOALS, MINUTE, by MINUTE, HOUR, by HOUR, BREATH, by BREATH, to BUILD, your MOMENTUM, and CONFIDENCE, and make a MOTIVATING, SUSTAINING, WINNING--PLAN
