of us are healed through judgment this might seem obvious but its often not the world judges we all judge we even judge our judging ask yourself what did it feel like for you to be judged did you feel wronged misunderstood maligned were you numb thumbed down dumbed down dismissed erased judgments sometimes aren't conscious decisions they are biases they can be very personal in more ways than one they have tentacles and consequences that reach far and wide long and deep how they can wound and scar even kill and maim give plenty cause to weep words run on and run off and you can't call them back from whence they came and sorry and I'm so sorry and we're all so sorry can't sop up all the shame that comes with the blame-game of judgment think you boast post an e-mail or tweet your words what ill they can reap and you might be the Reaper. directly to the page. WE/I COULD ALL USE THIS UN-GENTLE REMINDER TO THINK AND ACT KINDER SHARE A RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS WITH A COMPLETE STRANGER TODAY AND YOU WILL FEEL ALL THE BETTER FOR IT... FORGIVENESS, INCLUDING FORGIVING OURSELVES FOR JUDGING IS PART OF THE ABOVE EQUATION, AS WELL.
