House Hunting Ended
Poem 797 – House Hunting –Written on 10-13-2016
A few months ago, my husband and I started venturing out house hunting; not because we do not like the property where we live currently, that isn't it at all, but in fact because someday sooner or later we will be starting our own family and wanted the extra space.
After about two to three months of rigorous searching, we have found the house we want to be in the rest of our lives. You may say that isn't enough time to know all the details but trust me I did may homework when it came to Lenders, let alone home owners insurance options. I have made many phone calls to know what our best option out there is when it comes to the options at hand.
House hunting can be easy but long and hard when you find the right house. When you find the right house for you and your husband more waiting will come in having to wait for your loan to be officially approved (unless you are out right buying your house than that is a different story).
Yes, the rumor is true in regards to signing many documents that seem to endless when buying a home because of going through all the proper channels.
Our new home is closely within our grasp, possibly even on my 25th birthday for getting our new home. This new home has potential possibilities regarding having the office I want and the theater room my husband wants and with rooms for future kids, aside from a garden that will be in direct sun light next year!
