Bless be our God and Father,
Of our Savior Jesus Christ;
Who is also our Brother,
From wherefrom who was sacrificed.
He has blessed us with such blessing,
Coming from the heavenly realms;
Breaking the sinful chains that cling,
Soothing comfort that overwhelms.
He chose to form the foundation,
In Christ through us within this place;
Offering us the salvation,
Given through His mercy and grace.
So that we may be unblemished,
Holy in His sight within love;
No longer considered perished,
By our Father up above.
Predestined us for adoption,
For being His sons and daughters;
With free will giving an option,
Being baptized in still waters.
According to the good pleasure,
And to the pleasure of His will;
That is worth more than all treasure,
Found on earth that you could instill.
The praise of glory of His grace,
That He has so freely bestowed;
His dearly loved Son to embrace,
So often angels have echoed.
We have redemption through His blood,
The forgiveness of trespasses;
For washing away our crud,
Rich in His grace for the masses.
He lavished wisdom and insight,
Abounded on us His prudence;
For seeing purity of light,
In building up our defense.
He had done this when He revealed,
To us the secret of His will;
Which is now has been left unsealed,
Through thoughts and actions, we fulfill.
