Cold Despair

Eye to eye you deny your very words
Words my ears were not meant hear
I heard them clear when I drew near
Your lying eyes are your demise
I am not a ghost unseen or vapor unclean
Your words have lost their power
A deed that left you to cower in this revealing hour
Now the truth is known as my presence moans
I am not invisible air
My spirit sobs in cold despair
