We are debtors not to flesh,
To the flesh is how we live;
But a spiritual refresh,
When confess God will forgive.
Living to the flesh you die,
Your spirit is put to death;
For as you will cheat and lie,
You fail to have living breath.
But His Spirit kills the deeds,
Puts to death to the ill-wills;
Replaced with spiritual needs,
The Holy Spirit instills.
Being led by the Spirit,
Then they are the sons of God;
And they will inherit,
When they do honor and laud.
You are not bondage as slave,
For falling back into fear;
In being free from the grave,
When the Father you revere.
Abba Father that we cry,
To be the children of God;
And He pleases in reply,
Cleansing to be unflawed.
We are fellow heirs to Christ,
Provided we suffer with Him;
His glory we are enticed,
Giving us spiritual vim.
