I give thanks to our God,
For you because of His grace;
That we will honor and laud,
As Christ Jesus will embrace.
You were enriched in each way,
In speech, knowledge, wisdom;
That lets you trust and obey,
Praising Him in His Kingdom.
And through Christ to testify,
Among you that has sustained;
No one can ever deny,
The salvation that you obtained.
You are lacking any gift,
As you wait for the return;
Of our Lord to uplift,
The Inheritance you earn.
He sustains you in the end,
Guiltless and blameless that day;
For the Lord will be your friend,
That you can trust and obey.
For God is faithful and just,
In the fellowship with Christ;
That you can put faith and trust,
On whom had been sacrificed.
