Be not ashamed to testify,
Share sufferings of the Gospel;
The power of God never deny,
Blessings bestowed on the people.
He bids to a holy calling,
Bearing His purpose and grace;
Catching us in our falling,
Through His mercy, He does embrace.
Through our faith not only deeds,
That Christ gave before time began;
Manifested our needs,
The Father had within His plan,
Through appearing as the Savior,
Rid death for immortality;
As He looks upon us with favor,
And living an eternity.
I was appointed a poet,
For being able to teach;
Unto those who do not know it,
By establishing a new outreach.
I suffer from mocking insults,
But I never can be ashamed;
Because of positive results,
Every time that I have proclaimed.
For I know whom I have believed,
Convinced about the coming day;
The deposit I have received,
Guarded as I trust and obey.
Hold fast forming the sound Word,
In faith and love that are in Christ;
Of the sound words that you have heard,
About why He was sacrificed.
The Holy Spirit dwells within,
To guard the trusted deposit;
That you are able to begin,
And become spiritually fit.
