Come, let us return to the Lord,
He has torn us so we may heal;
He will bind us in one accord,
And struck us down to give us zeal.
After two days He revives us,
Raising us up so we may live;
For a resurrection as thus,
So repent and He will forgive.
If we follow to know the Lord,
His going out is sure as dawn;
Never letting Him be ignored,
That your iniquities be gone.
He shall come unto us as rain,
As the latter unto the earth;
Confession takes away the pain,
Of guilt to give us a new birth.
