Bless unto God the Father,
Of our Lord Jesus Christ;
Gave us as our Brother,
And then had been sacrificed.
For through His mercy and grace,
Giving us a living hope;
Born again through His embrace,
A sense to see the full scope.
For unto us is given,
A holy inheritance;
That is reserved in Heaven,
Pure for our penitence.
By the power of the Lord,
Guarded unto salvation;
Having faith in one accord,
That forms our foundation.
For in this, you shall rejoice,
After grieving from trials;
Repentance comes from your voice,
From the lure that defiles.
A faith that is genuine,
Always more precious than gold;
Strong enough to block the sin,
Of a temptation stronghold.
It may be found in your praise,
Glory and honor to Christ;
Not seen by one who obeys,
From His embrace, He has enticed.
Full of glory that He speaks,
Abundantly filled with gladness;
For salvation that one seeks,
Faith chases blocks the sadness.
In the end, you shall receive,
The salvation for your soul;
Because of faith, you believe,
That God was there to cajole.
