The Lord is first, and He is last,
Besides Him, there is no other;
Having love that has been steadfast,
Being your heavenly Father.
Who is like Him, let He proclaim,
Let Him declare in front of me;
He declares Yahweh is His name,
That nobody else can decree.
Fear not and never be afraid,
He has not told you from of old;
You are His witness who obeyed,
More precious than silver or gold.
I know not as a solid rock,
As steadfast and solid as He;
That listens to you as you talk,
Comforts us whenever we plea.
