Grandma’s of the 21st Century

Eighty's grandma from back in the day
Was about my mom doing things her own way
A lil' bit wild, little out of control
Guess that's why they redefined the role
Said life was something we had to learn
I was looking forward to it being my turn
When that turn came in 2005
Grandmas no longer were doing it live
We are grandmas of the 21st century
Facing war in every catashtrophy
America suffered when twin towers came down
But nobody stopped til Bin Laden was found
Then corona came and whole families died
Some claim this attack came from the inside
Now its all about plan ahead/ prepare
Population control thru strategic warfare
But now I see the 80's weren't so bad
People survived using what they had
Even though the worlds in disarray
You have to admit we've come along way
We're united now with one priority
Taking care of our own in 2000 twenty three
