On this mountain the Lord of Host,
Will make for all people a rich feast;
A feast of well-aged wine to boast,
To compliment a fatted beast.
He will swallow up this mountain,
A veil spread over all nations;
For them all a flowing fountain,
To establish good relations.
He will swallow death forever,
As He wipes away all the tears;
For His people He will sever,
Each one of your earthly fears.
It will be said that this is God,
Our God whom we have waited;
To save as we honor and laud,
Much joy in being elated.
This is the Lord we expected,
Let us rejoice in salvation;
The Lord who was resurrected.
