FROM THE POET'S PEN
WORDS OF LOVE BETWEEN LOST AND FOUND
AND HOPING I MIGHT WIN.
YOU EVEN GAVE THE POET WINGS
THE MIND TO ESCAPE HIS TOMB
AND FLY AROUND IN A MADDENING RACE
FAR FROM HIS NARROW ROOM
TO YOUR HEART'S DOOR HE DOES FLY
AND FEEDS THERE ON YOUR BLISS
AND SOAKED IN RATUROUS WONDER
UPON EVERY TENDER HEART-FELT KISS
