Close my eyes.
When I close my eyes to think of you…
there are many things I see.
There in the darkness of my mind… you bring tranquility.
I see your eyes and how they shine…
Lighting the shadows of my mind.
I feel your heart and how it beats…
The rhythm oh so kind.
I feel your touch upon my skin…
So gentle to the touch.
I feel your lips upon my face…
Is it wrong to want your love?
So I close my eyes to think of you…
As I would a summers day…
In winters rain or under cloudy skies…
My heart is where you’ll stay.
