There are times when the joy of life
Just melts in front of my eyes
When the bright blue sky and oceans deep
Hold nothing… but reasons to cry.
When the love I once held…
In the highest esteem…
Becomes lost in the days of my life.
When the lips I once kissed
On the nights that were cold
Only memories for the love that I miss.
There are times when my need for life
No longer needs to exist…
In a world so cold and very dark
There isn’t so much to miss.
But my love of life will carry me through
Along all the roads so dark…
I have known of love and true loves wish…
…in life this is my part!
