Sigh!

If the strife in your day has been too much,
sit down in your big soft chair and close your eyes.
Your time is way past due,
so relax your mind and your body too.

Imagine the snow capped mountains, or listen to
a sky blue wave as it gently washes out to sea
on a warm summer day.

Take a deep breath and gently float away.
You’re traveling on a soft, white, fluffy
cloud to Paradise Bay.

Spend the day or a week or two,
and do all the fun things you’ve
always wanted to do.

Try counting the stars in the evening sky
or take a short journey on the milky-way,
and while you're there,
book a trip for another day.
 .
When you feel renewed,
take another deep breath
and open your eyes.

This time has been yours
and this no one can deny.

Feeling relaxed?
Then it’s all right to…
sigh!
