BEAUTY
This poem was written by Mike my son when he was 13. It was a composition for English homework. He got a "A+" for this poem!
BEAUTY is a flower in bloom,
Gives its perfume to the room,
Beauty is a swan on a lake,
Get your camera a picture to take.
Beauty is a girl,
Whose hair in the wind caught in a swirl,
Beauty is a golden sunset,
I've not got bored with them yet.
Beauty is a heart that is good,
Giving love whenever they could,
Beauty is when light shines out,
Protecting things from evil about.
Beauty is anything that is kind,
People like this are hard to find,
So look for the beauty in all that you do,
And you will find beauty too.
