Never give up Hope

We must have the courage to cross each hurdle that crosses our path in life in a positive way
Material things aren't as important as the physical mentality of our own welfare
We must learn to dance even through the difficult times
We must learn to sing to the heavens in harmony
More importantly we must remain calm and focused
Remember it's not what we possess in life that matters the most
But its what we have become within our spirit as human beings
Dedication is very important in everything we do
Have faith in yourself
It's the first step to healing
Never doubt that tomorrow cannot be better then today
Because it can be better then yesterday
Start to believe in yourself and the rest will fit into place in its own time
Never give up on yourself and never quit
Let go of the pains of yesterday
And start concentrating on tomorrow
It produces great results and it's great medicine for the soul
It also reveals true character and substance
The time is now to let the simple joys of life humble your spirit
Learn to forgive others for there wrong doings
Through this process you will be able to release the negative energy's from your life
Remain focused one day at a time
Plant positive thoughts in your mind
And Nurture your spirit with love
And turn the negatives in your life into positives one-step at a time
You can do it. Because you have a special gift
that gift is Gods unconditional love for you.
