Through Eagles Eyes©
As a Eagle flies above the heavens so high
I look up at him and wish that were I
He floats through the sky so graceful and free,
Knowing that this is what he was meant to be.
As I watch him glide from side to side,
I get down on my knees and start to cry
The worthiness' he carries with him along the way
As he flies through the clouds coming back to stay
As he looks down and sees me in despair
Flying closer to me, wings spread in midair
He lands on a branch from where I stand,
I look up at him and reach out my hand,
As he flew closer, it was, as I knew
I felt the spirit of his worthiness' then he flew.
As I told him of my dreams,
He looked up and then spread his wings
He flew above me gliding from side to side
He could see the tears in my eyes
He knew I wanted to be with him on this night,
He reaches for my spirit and we went into flight.
The feeling of peace came over me
As I was flying with him under his wing
When Eagles fly in the heavens so high,
Just look up and one will show you life
