Take time out

Take time out to feel the  light  within you that shines
And the sunshine will shine through you each and every day
Experience the wind as it  plays a melody
It's such an awesome experience
Take time out  to feel the wind as it blows through your hair
And listen to the leaves as they rustle through the trees in a very special way
Watch the trees dance in the wind
It's such a wonderful sight to see
Take time out  to Listen to the Song birds as they  sing
to remind you just how precious and innocent  life can be
Take time out to capture a butterfly in your sights
They only have twenty four hours to live
And yet there life is filled with many radiant colors
So don't be afraid of what tomorrow might bring
but instead count your lucky stars for today
Because there will be many more tomorrow's ahead to enjoy
And sure  there may be hurdles that stand in your way
But I cant see that getting in your way
Just remind yourself  to remain focused and strong
because  that's half the battle
Remember to take time out to experience the tranquility of water flowing by a stream and
capture it in all its awesome splendor
But more then anything take time out to experience natures awesome healing powers
Listen closely and you will see
that a new day has just begun.
