Must I remind YouMust I remind you That with creation we were orchestrated We walked in the presence of the Great Spirit As Adam and Eve, our legacy was also manipulated Must I remind you Of the kingdoms of Egypt we created We were and are still the greatest Even after we were robbed, and our fame obliterated Must I remind you The great prophets and saints bear our face The spirit of man, derived of our inspiration As supernatural beings we sustain our honored place Must I remind you Of wisdoms we harness, the knowledge of essence The connection of soul, this meaning of life The legacy we must carry, our ancestoral signifigance Must I remind you The importance that we carry as original man The substantial meaning we have on the future The power which lies in our suitable hands Must I remind you As you look at your face in the mirror As you feel the power inside yourself The kingdom is come, may our souls be delivered! crystyle.copyright2004 Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
