I miss you sweet heart

I miss you sweet heart

I saw you last night,
I was sitting on the shore, thinking of you.
You walked up behind me, and touched my shoulder,
I could tell without looking, it was you.
I turned around crying; you wiped my tears away.
All the sadness I felt was gone in that instant,
You put your arms around me and our lips met.
It felt as powerful as the first time we kissed,
Our deep affection for each other was being shown more than ever.
I knew if we were to ever be reunited it would be this way,
The passion between us was hotter than ever.
You took me by my hand and led me to this place,
A place you made up for just you and me.
It was gorgeous, the way the moon shone down on the ocean;
Only you could find a place so stunning.
You laid me down on the soft sand, and whispered in my ear,
All those sweet nothings I've been longing to hear.
I was in heaven just as I always am when I'm with you,
I thought "There's nothing that could ruin this moment."
The next thing I knew I was in my bed; you weren't there,
I was only dreaming, the sadness came back and the tears
Started flowing. You were with me last night without even knowing.
