Heartbreak and heartache
The heart which breaks easiest
Is the one holding the deepest love
So do not mock this pain
Sent to you from above
For without the pain of learning
Your heart will be forever empty,
Full of misery and yearning
For something you will never know
A heart which knows no sorrow
Is one barren and forlorn
The heart which has never been broken
Has never love borne
So though your heart weighs heavy
And tears breakdown your soul
Cherish this love you have been given
Though you feel torn apart and riven
For without the pain of love
You are not the person you are
Don't ever curse this fate and chance
But learn from experience
Though burdens weigh you down
Stand strong and keep on going
One day this will be but a memory
And your heart will be free
So stand tall and accept this gift
Learn to live and rise above
Your heart filled with joys love can bring
And that is not such a terrible thing!
