TRUST JESUS
"Trust Jesus"
That's a simple prayer, but it fills me with anxiety.
I know He doesn't approve of all I have done.
What if I don't like the places He leads me?

I've struggled with this thought for so long now.
I've 'given in' to the Lord, and given up.
But Trust? I'm not sure I know how.
"Trust Jesus"
I've looked at the Bible, at Church, within my soul,
And it seems that when I love my Lord most –
Something happens and Trust falls.
"Trust Jesus"
He was crucified without mercy, for my sin,
Maybe it's not so much Jesus I don't trust,
But I don't trust that I would do the same for Him.
Trust Jesus.
