Silence©
I am a fallen lonely wolf whose life is lost among the clouds,
I can't seem to find my way home
I search and search for the ones I once followed through these ranges
As I travel down and way up above I just can't seem to find the ones I use to love.
They are no where in sight I can't imagine where they have gone.
As I walk alone and my eyes fill with tears, I feel so alone.
I howl at each full moon hoping they will hear me,
I hear nothing back from the empty dark trees.
Where have they all gone? Why am I all alone?
Is there not one that can hear me as I howl into the night?
I bow my head and move on to higher grounds hoping to see my family again
They wouldn't leave me all alone would they?
One day I will find my way home,
They will be there for me to cuddle and snug
But till then I must go on and climb alone,
I will always be looking for those I love.
