"This will be the last time I will hold you"The last time I held you is a moment That will never leave my thoughts I remember thinking to myself "This will be the last time I will hold you" Undaunted, I stepped into your embrace Pulling your body into me Holding you in my arms Never wanting to let go I felt your heart beat And heard for the last time "I love you" As it passed over your lips I closed my eyes The sound of your voice echoed in my ears Then you kissed me And went back for one more embrace We stayed that way For what some would believe to be forever But forever couldn't have been long enough for me I looked once more into your eyes Realizing how much you truly loved me As this moment came to an end I knew this would be the last time Your eyes would sparkle In a way that was only for me And the last time I would ever hold you in my arms So I took one last second To remember every detail To trace it over again Because this one moment changed my life forever You said you cared about all but me? I knew my worth and saw the regrets in your eyes Was this I deserved after being in love so truly? Oh Lord!Help me for I can't bear this pain... Oh Lord!Please help me for I don't want to go insane.
