ABUSE
How to explain
About subjects which
One would not wish to talk about
We would rather refrain
For some of them are not so nice
They are hard to hear
Others are ones to fear
But sadly they are here
Things go on in this old world
Which we would rather not
But let me tell you it's a fact of life
And this is what we've got
Diseases of the body and the mind
Things which eat away
Thoughts gradually go astray
To do things in a different way
A state of mind
A perverted way to think
That if you knew they existed
They would make you blink
For some amongst us
Don't think the same
They play a mind game
And abuse our trust
They do things behind closed doors
Which one would blush to know
But where you to think of such things
Your mind would surely blow
Abuse of mind
Abuse of body
The beating of a child
Some people are not so mild
They think nothing of using
Another's body
For pleasure of their own
And never is love shown
They bruise and totally confuse
The body and the mind
Until nothing is left
Expect a mind confined
Yet outwards they portray
A lovely person, who is out to play
A dangerous game of illusion
Pull their victims in with the collusion
We come across people every day
Who get a kick out of this game they play
It is a power thing,
They are in control
They love to play this sick game
The role of being a real nice guy
Yet behind closed doors
A sick monster reigns
A hideous creature
Hidden from me and you
A twisted state of mind
A really evil crime
But let me assure you
This monster will come out
For not long will he be able to stay
Out of sight
For the child has grown
She is a woman now
She has risen from the ashes
And faced the dragons brow
