You are free now

Think of today as the end of all your sorrows
And think of tomorrow as a new beginning
Release all your fears and all  your sadness and loss
And set it free

Now concentrate and let your imagination wander
into a dreamy state of mind
All along releasing all negative emotions in the process

Imagine the ocean waves floating through your mind
Feel the energy and its strength
And feel the wind blowing through your hair
And listen to the palm trees blowing through the wind
Smell the salt in the air
And feel the sand between your toes
And listen closely as the dolphins and the whales swim and sing within your mind
Now relax

And begin to  awaken slowly from your dreamy state of mind
And you will find yourself under a waterfall
As you feel the water pouring through your body
Imagine every impurity
going out at the soles of your feet
All along feeling refreshed and calm once again

You are now filled with a coolness that runs through every inch of your body
And you begin to transform into a rainbow
 filled with so many vibrant colors
all the darkeness and all the sadness within you disappears

Now a new life is reborn within you

Feel the calm within your mind
Feel the peace like the river by the stream

Remind yourself right now this very moment
 
That you are free from yesterday and ready for today .
peace be with you
And may comfort find its way to you
so that the tomorrow's to come
will fill you with excitement and joy.

Now relax. You are free.
