Monday

It's early in the morning,
My mind's open wide
I'm huddled uncuddled
And cryng inside
I wish this day
Would just go away
Then the alarm goes
And I raise my head
And before I know it
I'm out of my bed
Ready and raring and out on the road
Operating in my Autopilot mode
Wearing my unfailing disguise
Fresh combed hair and two smiling eyes
And only those who look deep inside
Know that my mind is open wide
And that I wish this day
Would please
Just go away
