integrity

integrity is a word very deep: with honesty no secrets you keep: having your word is worth your weight in gold: that to me my father told: you teach your children about honesty at a very early age: they learn how important to tell the truth at first stage: as children grow and they turn to teens: they can turn easily to kind,considerate or deceiving and mean: as a parent every time you catch your teen in a lie: you want to die,you cry, and deeply sigh: my mother who is now 85, she tells me that now-a-days all teens to there parents they just lie: they would rather lie and just be happy to get drunk and high: you get to a point that you cant wait until your teens are grown and gone: the way teens continually time after time lie to there parents is wrong: i really dont think that they realize they are cutting the life short of there mom or dad: i dont think they realize how they pull you to the depths of sad: when honesty is not there: you feel no one cares: with truth at heart: a relationship has to start: honesty is the key: for serenity and happiness for you and me: for every lie you say: it will come back to you some way: be honest and sincere: the almighty god you must fear: god wants you to live right: keep god in sight:.......by john d. jungers----------------i started writing daily in 1994 and i have close to 1000 poems now----i will write when something inspires me to release my emotions and thoughts.... i have seven children am dealing with my teens now----------------you get to a point with teens that you dont know what more you can say or do and all you can do is have faith to god and to be calm and just pray,pray,pray......i hope this poem helped other parents who love there children with all of there heart and are doing there best to raise teens,,,,,,may god bless,,,,,,thanks....my hope is i inspired someone,,,,stay motivated hold your ground parents teens honor your parents....jdj
