relief at last

At last in the south relief has arrived: People are being treated that survived:        The magnitude of mass destruction is vast: The worst of the worst seems to have past:       Still the images of hurt and pain that ive seen on t.v.: is right here haunting me:       We are America land of the FREE: we have gotta help those in need you and me:       I really think Fema tried their best: this was a massive relief test:       Now the fingers are starting to point blame: After the Hurricane Katrina stopped the rain:       All the poorest of the poor they had no possible way to escape: So disheartening to here of stories of lawlessness and rape:       The black community now with anger they rise: BY AMERICA,BECAUSE THEYRE COLORED ,THEY FEEL DESPISED:       Why was relief for them not immediately made: Why oh why god was it delayed:       Pets from the humane society were rescued free: so many, many people were still trapped how could this be:       I think the decision was made first to get people of new orleans out of harms way: No one thought their were no supplies available the next day:       For anyone anywhere their is no way their could of been a plan: We now pray stand together hand in hand:       We now All Together must face the future STRONG: We are America, land of the free, we all belong:       GOD BLESS AMERICA,TOGETHER WE STAND: EVERY WOMAN CHILD AND MAN:      09-03-2005  JDJ
