In catastrophic disasters of the natural kind
we must remind ourselves in these times
That with hope the bitterness
that we all feel is only temporary
And the sorrow that we feel
will be comforted by the lords guidance
In times like these
we must all stand together
and unite as one
We must help in any way
to rebuild the lives of others
Because we are alive to share
our rewards
with those who are less fortunate
Salvation will resolve the promises to man kind
and peace will be restored one day at a time
Keep your faith strong
And open your arms
to those in need
And you will be rewarded ten fold for your
humbled expressions of hope
Many have died because of Katrina
And many peoples lives will never be the same
The time is now
to open our arms without regret
for the people who are in need.
To have a new path to follow
with a new life
and a promise
of a better tomorrow
Remember to love thy neighbors
as we love ourselves.
