PeopleWhen I look at people all around me, So many differences of each I see. From the beginning of time to the end of days, In each of their hearts, a neverending maze. Twists and turns through emotional beginnings. No end in sight for their thoughts keep on winning. Happiness and sadness of an old time remain. Consuming their souls as knowledge they gain. An infants mind so curious and pure, Easily distracted by an object's allure. Education and age progressed a simple mind, An innocence was lost and is one we all can not find. People of our earth how do they care? A soul inside of us to search if you dare. Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
