POETRY IN MOTION

LOVE MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND

Love makes the world go round,
For in a love-filled heart
Time and tide go on until
They come back to the start.

For true love's made in heaven
And hasn't any strings,
It's carried for eternity
On unseen angel's wings.

It makes a girdle round the earth
Connecting those who care.
There is a new world after this;
They keep a copy there.
