time for action, no more talk:
get up, get out, go for a swim:
with exercise, you can only win:
get up, get out, ride a bike:
you will feel the fresh air and like:
get up, get out, go fly a kite:
it will be your delight:
get up, get out, play tennis on the court:
really play a sport,of any sort:
get up, get out, exercise outside:
soon you will feel restored pride:
get up, get out, in the day light:
your day will be bright:

make it a habit,to talk to god outside everyday:
