Watch Video:

YOU WERE MEANT FOR ME (Jewel)

Video Code provided by VideoCodeZone.Com

I can still remember the first time that I met you

Your beautiful smile  lit up the room

And I knew from that moment on
that it would be different with you

I could tell right away with your first embrace
and when you gently touched my face

And I can still remember how nervous I felt
but some how
you helped to calm me down

I also remember the very first time that we kissed
I knew in my life time
that there was something that I had missed

And it was your heart beating next to mine

The sensation was so magnetic and so right with you

We spent hours talking up a storm
and we sang too
And we found out that there was so much
that we had in common

The inner emotions of my heart
knew in an instant
that it was you
that I had waited a life time to find
and that we deserved to
be loved one more time

I miss those days now with a passion

I just wish that you weren't so far away

Because the longer that we are separated by zip codes
and area codes

The more I will miss you in every way

I miss you
